日本人だからか、僕だけなのか分かりませんが、あまり美しく感じませんでした。 日本刀には派手さはありません。 しかし波紋や柄、鞘、鍔など一見シンプルだけど美しさを感じます。 切れ味も剣は力を用いて切りますが日本刀は引きながら切る。 和包丁の様に。 言わば男性の様ですね。 若い頃は見掛けばかりに拘り身なりを着飾りカッコつけますが、大人になり歳を重ねる事に多くをしり心から男らしく美しくなる。みたいな。 確かに投稿主さんのお造りになる剣はカッコイイとは思いますが、真の美しさは感じない。 1度日本の和包丁を見て欲しい。 そして色んな和包丁や博物館にある日本刀を観てからもう一度投稿して欲しい。 どう変わるか見てみたい！

Remember that it is not just about interlocking layers but also torsion during the Damascus process. I have theorized about Damascus titanium for swords but I do not have them tools to do it.

Hello Tyrell, I’ve been a fan of your channel for a while. I recently bought a oven where you can like heat up the metal (I’m Dutch I forgot the word) and I would love to make some Damascus steel but I’ve got some questions about that you could maybe answer if you want: what’s the liquid where you put the metal in when it’s hot and the pattern is showing and what is a recommended composition of metal to use. I also don’t have like that squaring thing haha

Well done to all. Personally, I think Black Beard's entry had the best combination of beauty, technical proficiency, and historical accuracy, but I guess at the top end, the divisions are very, very fine. Honestly, I think the viewers are the winners; I've got a load of new channels to follow!
